At House of Livaansh, we strive to deliver premium quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you face any issue, please read our return policy below.


📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in the package

To be eligible for return:

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene purposes)

  • Sale/Discounted items

  • Customized products

  • Minor color variations due to photography


🔁 Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

We currently do not offer refunds unless the product is out of stock.


💳 Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in case:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.


🚚 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
